Information:
I was asked to play Ino this year in the Connecticon cosplay musical. I was a bit reluctant to wear a Naruto costume at a con since the majority of Narutards I’ve come in contact with in the past have given Naruto cosplayers a bad name, but I was so proud of how it came out that I chose to wear it at Anime NEXT and had a blast at the group photoshoot! This is my first costume that I’ve sewn completely by myself, and I’m so happy with how it came out. I’m not sure where else I’ll wear it, since I don’t dare associate myself with a few Naruto cosplayers at the New England cons, but I do want to get more use out of it at some point.

At AAC ’07 I asked David Ng to do a photo shoot for me. Since he’d never done a shoot of anyone dressed as Ino, he suggested I wear that. It was my second photo shoot with him, and I had a lot of fun, despite the brisk October morning air and bright sunlight that kept glaring in my eyes. I can’t wait to work with David again in the future, whenever my next shoot with him may be, and I’m very happy to have him as a friend.
